Sodokan Honbu Dojo

The Sodokan is the dojo of Sensei Mike Clark, Chief Instructor and the main school of the Seibukan UK. Named by Yonemoto O’Sensei 30 years ago this means the Creative Way Hall.

Sensei Clark is the UK Bucho (Representative) and direct student of Master Yonemoto and recipient of 6th Dan. This has been an apprenticeship spanning thirty years.

Training at the Sodokan is closely aligned to that of the Seibukan Honbu dojo, Tokyo and the teachings of Yonemoto Sensei. As the focus is on developing and enhancing the advanced teachings this class is for adult brown and black belts.

Lessons take place in the dojo and outside in the garden promoting practise in both formal and natural environments.
